Different descriptions of a line
Rewrite the equation \[-{{4}\over{5}}\cdot x+{{8}\over{7}}\cdot y=-{{3}\over{2}}\] as #y=a\cdot x+b# with the correct values of #a# and #b#. If this is not possible, then write #x=b# for the correct value of #b#.
